“Who I Am” Summit Speaker Paul Finck: Success in Business and at Home
With 25 amazing speakers on the “Who I Am” Summit in January, I am thrilled each time I get to share a Gold Nugget. Today, I am happy to highlight Paul Finck. Paul is happily married, highly successful in business, and is the father of six children (three sets of twins!).
Would you like to know how he does it all … successfully? Good, because I asked him! Here are just a few of his words of wisdom:
1) Get clarity. Figure out your deepest “Why” for what you want to create.
2) Set unrealistic goals. Yes, Paul said “unrealistic.” You just have to believe it wholeheartedly, and let people know what you’re doing.
3) Hang out with the people you want to be like.
4) Act with intent. (Comes from your clarity.)
5) Take massive action.
When you look at this in terms of being Who You Are, whether you are creating something in business or home, this is what you need to tap into within yourself:
Passion. What are you Passionate about and what is your deepest “Why” for doing what you want to do?
Power. Note that unrealistic goals are not goals that you “hope” to do. They are goals that you Believe you can do. Who else has done this? How can You do this? What resources do you need? What people do you need to connect with? You have the Power. Tap into it and go get your dreams!
Value. Do you feel Valuable enough to hang out with people you want to be like? Or, do you think you are not at their level? Why are you not going for it?
Confidence. When you have clarity, you confidently move forward in the direction of your goals. Spend the time necessary to get clear. You will feel yourself shift into Confidence. It’s within You.
Center. Take massive action from a place of being Centered. What do you need to do on a daily basis that will keep you Centered? Plug that into your routine.
You have everything you need within you and around you to make the difference you want to make. Tap into your Passion, Power, Value, Confidence and Center. Go for it!

“I Am Perfection, Just As I Am” – Who I Am Cards
What a wonderful experience it is to be listening to all of the audios again from the “Who I Am” Summit in January. The information is absolutely brilliant and life-changing … if you choose to take the time to listen and take it in. It’s really quite profound.
Today I want to share a gold nugget from Howard Falco:
“When you have enough faith and enough will to look at the truth about who you’ve been without any guilt, shame or regret, when you’re willing to re-contextualize that and see it as the perfection that it’s been for your life and that if you truly could have done better, you absolutely would have, so we’re all doing the best we can in each and every moment through this journey, the more love you allow in, the more respect you allow into yourself, and then the more you will go out into the world to honor that respect and love verses the previous limited idea that you have been serving up until this point. And that’s really what opens the flood gates on a state of contentment and a state of happiness. It’s sort of this grand realization that everything is here for one reason, and that is to serve you. And I don’t mean that from an egotistical perspective. I mean that from a place of love.”
What a freeing place to come from … for ourselves and others.
In what area of your life would you be willing to look at the truth about who you’ve been … without guilt, shame or regret? Are you willing to see the perfection in that for your process of growth? Are you willing to wake up to that truth, accept it, and make even better choices going forward?
You see, we can’t change something we don’t acknowledge.
There are so many more gold nuggets in this one hour audio. If you would like to join us for more Gold Nuggets and/or obtain information on how to get your own set of the 25 audios, simply register at www.whoiam2012.com. It’s free and life-changing!

“I Am Beautiful” – Who I Am Cards
What would happen in your world, if you did that? Helice has touched 30 million people with blue ribbons that acknowledge who they are.
I suggest starting with looking in the mirror and acknowledging how Beautiful You Are. And then go out into the world and look for the Beauty in every single thing you see. If it’s challenging to see the Beauty, take the time to find out why.
We are spiritual beings in physical bodies. We let our physical bodies control our lives. Why limit ourselves? Our Spirit is so much more powerful than our body. Can You live your life from your spiritual essence … just a little bit more? What would that do for you, for those you love, for the world?
Look at this card, and say “I Am Beautiful.” Start there. You are Beautiful!

The Law of Least Effort
Today I was reading about the Law of Least Effort, as written about by Deepak Chopra in The 7 Spiritual Laws of Success. Deepak says, “The less we do, the more we accomplish, and when we do nothing, we accomplish everything.” Imagine that. It is so opposite of our “doing” world. I don’t believe he is saying not to “participate,” so it’s not to say be a couch potatoe and everything you want will fall on your head. It’s about being Who You Are … a spiritual essence that includes patience, calmness, power, confidence, truth.
There are so many aspects of ourselves that are hiding. What do you think is hiding in you? What do you think you’re missing? Value? Confidence? Power? Authenticity? Peace? When you choose one, see if you can remember the last time you actually felt connected to that part of yourself. Don’t be surprised if it is in your early childhood. It most likely is.
It’s not impossible to bring those aspects of YOU back up to the forefront, and to use the Law of Least Effort (coming from our core essence) to live a life that is rich and fulfilling.

“No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.” – Buddha
The path starts with remembering who you truly are. Who are you? What is your purpose? Are you feeling like life is passing you by, or are you living out your destiny? All of the answers are within you. There is nothing missing. There is nothing broken.
When you were a child, you were most likely wounded by the adults in your life. This is usually done unconsciously and with the best of intentions. Yet, it still happens. Parts of you have gotten pushed down and buried. It could be your confidence, power or value. There are many, many parts of us that get buried.
Why would the adults in your life wound you? They didn’t know what they didn’t know. Their parents wounded them. It’s all done unconsciously. And we continue the cycle with our own children.
It’s time to be free again. It’s time to break the cycle for your own children.
Claim yourself. Dive in. Find those pieces that have been buried. Dust them off. Live your life. Get the support you need to gently come back to your center, groundedness and core essence. Be Who You Are!

Who Are You Today?
Are you living your dreams? Are you being your Passionate self? Are you Creating what you want to create?
It all starts with, as Socrates says, “Knowing thyself.”
Who are YOU? Who do you want to Be? What is your gift and contribution to others?
Step into your Power, Confidence and Passion. Feel the fear, and do it anyway.
As Mahatma Ghandhi said, “We must be the change we wish to see.”
